Home to some to the most diverse and beautiful scenery in the world, Nevada never fails to take my breath away. From the desolate deserts that teem with life, to the majestic mountain ranges, this state has some of the west’s last truly wild places. It breaks my heart to hear people describe a drive across Nevada as “boring” or “monotonous”. Yes the state is vast and largely unpopulated, yes it’s geological features are more prominent than it’s biological features, but if a trip through this beautiful state doesn’t quicken your heart and rally your spirit of adventure, then you’re doing it wrong. This blog is an ongoing compilation of my favorite Nevada adventures and new discoveries. Ghost towns, hot springs, abandoned mines, coyotes and wild burros included. Please make use of the comment feature to add your 2 cents or ask any questions. Enjoy! From one wild heart to another.
